Refund policy

We understand that sometimes items aren’t quite right. If for any reason you don’t love your new things, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund any item purchased online.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. This includes all items in our Last Edit collection, which are final sale.

Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in a saleable condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

The Urban Studio reserves the right to return or reject any item that is not in line with our returns policy.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

The Urban Studio does not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the process of being returned to us.  It is advisable to use a trackable method when returning goods.
